We are seeking a Personal Executive Assistant (PEA) to provide seamless highimpact support to a nationally respected public figure with a distinguished leadership portfolio. This individual plays a central role in national discourse public engagement and public and private sector influence. The role demands the highest levels of discretion judgment and operational excellence to ensure strategic alignment professional integrity and personal efficiency.
The PEA will serve as a trusted extension of the principal ensuring their time presence and energy are optimized to support a legacy of impact innovation and global collaboration.
A. Executive Secretariat Support
Prepare edit and manage confidential documents correspondence and presentations with absolute discretion and precision.
Conduct detailed research and draft highlevel briefing notes on issues spanning public policy global affairs innovation and leadership.
Provide coordination and documentation support for speeches interviews or public appearances.
B. Travel and Scheduling
Coordinate complex global and domestic travel arrangements including highsecurity movements and diplomatic protocols.
Ensure itineraries are efficient purposeful and aligned with mission priorities.
Be available for and accompany travel as needed often on short notice.
C. Calendar Time and Stakeholder Management
Strategically manage a dynamic calendar to ensure optimal prioritization of global
engagements highlevel meetings and personal commitments.
Serve as liaison for highlevel stakeholders including world leaders industry influencers academics and philanthropic partners.
Facilitate and structure engagements that support influence vision and impact.
D. Strategic Communications and Content Development
Draft and manage executivelevel communications opeds thought leadership content speeches and media materials.
Support publicfacing and digital communications including occasional social media content.
Collaborate with communications and content teams where applicable.
E. Legacy Initiatives and Special Projects
Provide support for strategic initiatives legacy projects or foundationrelated work.
Coordinate milestone events board meetings leadership retreats or development
missions.
Manage sensitive personal and professional initiatives with elegance and discretion.
F. Confidential Liaison and Relationship Management
Serve as a discreet and trusted interface with stakeholders from various sectors and regions.
Maintain and nurture key relationships through timely followups strategic reminders and thoughtful touchpoints.
Protect the principal s time and wellbeing through intuitive proactive engagement.
G. Operational Excellence and Anticipatory Support
Anticipate the needs of the principal and prepare accordingly.
Adapt rapidly to changing circumstances with calmness grace and competence.
Ensure every detail from logistics to tone reflects excellence intentionality and discretion.
Contribute to the principal s intellectual interests by actively supporting research and development initiatives that foster innovation and informed decisionmaking.
Required Qualifications and Skills
Minimum 5 years experience in a highstakes executive assistant or chief of staff
support role.
Outstanding writing and editing capabilities including experience with speechwriting or executive communications.
Mastery of calendar and project management tools (e.g. Google Workspace Asana Trello).
Ability to interface confidently with global figures diplomats business leaders and
media.
Proven discretion emotional intelligence and political acumen.
Readiness to travel frequently and handle confidential matters with the utmost trust.
4. Preferred Qualifications
Advanced degree in International Relations Public Policy Communications or a related field.
Prior experience supporting a highprofile individual with a global footprint.
Multilingual proficiency and crosscultural fluency.
Comfort operating in highsecurity or protocoldriven environments.

6. Reporting Line
The PEA will report directly to the principal and collaborate with internal teams external stakeholders and global partners as needed.
This is a fulltime position based in Lagos Nigeria with flexible geographic mobility.
Performance will be reviewed every six months with a threemonth probationary period.
