Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Review diagnostics and assess the functionality and efficiency of systems
- Monitor security certificates and company compliance of requirements
- Offer technical support to company staff and troubleshoot computer problems
- Install and update company software and hardware as needed
- Anticipate and report the cost of replacing or updating computer items
Requirements:
- Degree or Higher National Diploma in Computer Science Information Technology Electrical/Electronics Engineering or similar relevant field
- Proven experience as an ICT specialist or similar role for a minimum of 3 years
- Familiarity with networking hardware software cctv telephony endpoint devices and operating systems.
- Must possess strong analytical interpersonal and communication skills and have the ability to work with minimal supervision in a team environment
- Ability to work occasional offhours duty to permit timely attention to mission critical functions.
- Effective attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Selfmotivation and the ability to take initiative and multitask
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Valid MCSE CompTIA ITIL and other ICT certification will be considered an advantage
