Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Commercial Officer for our nondigital public sector client based in Manchester or Blackpool on an initial 3month contract paying up to 600 per day Inside IR35.
Hybrid working: 2 days onsite increasing to 3 days onsite
Required Skills:
Proven experience running procurements via CCS frameworks
Strong commercial acumen with ability to drive value and strategic outcomes
Ability to manage a busy workload with competing priorities
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Knowledge of UK procurement legislation (PCR2015/PA2023
Contract and supplier management expertise
Confident in designing and executing endtoend procurements
Understanding of the digital goods and services market
Desirable:
Background in Digital / ICT / IT procurement
Familiarity with CCS frameworks such as DOS TS DPS GCloud
MCIPS / CIPS qualified or equivalent
