Job Description

A leading auditing firm is looking for Admin Executive Secretarial & Accounts to support our auditing firms daily operations. The ideal candidate will manage administrative tasks assist in accounting activities and handle basic secretarial functions ensuring compliance with statutory and internal procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Duties:

  • Manage office administration including filing recordkeeping and stationery inventory.

  • Coordinate internal meetings client appointments and schedules for audit teams.

  • Handle correspondence emails and documentation flow between departments and clients.

  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.

  • Support HRrelated administrative tasks like onboarding paperwork and attendance records.

Secretarial Support:

  • Assist in ROC filings maintenance of statutory registers and compliance with the Companies Act 2013.

  • Support Company Secretary (CS) in preparing board meeting agendas minutes and resolutions.

  • Coordinate with government portals (MCA GST Income Tax etc. for form filings and tracking.

Accounts Support:

  • Assist in data entry of accounting records (sales purchase expenses etc. in Tally or other accounting software.

  • Handle petty cash transactions and maintain cash/bank books.

  • Support preparation of invoices vouchers and reconciliations (bank vendor and customer accounts).

  • Assist with GST filings TDS entries and basic payroll functions.



Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Commerce Business Administration or related field.

  • 1 3 years of experience in admin/accounts/secretarial work preferably in a CA or auditing firm.

  • Knowledge of Tally ERP MS Excel and general accounting practices.

  • Familiarity with MCA portal GST portal and basic ROC compliance.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Good verbal and written communication abilities.
