Project: EPIC for ISSD Sustainability Project (IS04 & IS34 – WHJs Pipeline Abandonment Subsea Cable Installation & Modifications at PS1 Reporting To: Installation Manager
Job Purpose
The T&I Coordinator will be responsible for planning coordinating and supervising all transportation and installation activities related to the offshore scope including platforms pipelines subsea cables and abandonment works. The role ensures compliance with HSE quality and project schedule requirements.
Key Responsibilities
1. Planning & Coordination
.
Develop and review T&I procedures method statements and lift plans in collaboration with engineering and marine teams.

Coordinate vessel and barge mobilization/demobilization ensuring compliance with project schedules.
.
Liaise with logistics teams for timely transportation of materials and equipment to offshore sites.
.
Support offshore crew and vessel scheduling ensuring optimal resource utilization.
2. Offshore Installation Supervision
.
Oversee the installation of WHJs pipelines and subsea cables ensuring adherence to approved procedures.
.
Monitor marine spread operations including anchor handling rigging and lifting activities.
.
Supervise subsea abandonment activities ensuring compliance with regulatory and environmental requirements.
.
Ensure proper positioning and installation of subsea structures pipelines and cables using survey and positioning systems.
3. HSE & Quality Compliance
.
Ensure all T&I activities comply with company HSE policies and industry standards (e.g. IMCA API DNV).
.
Conduct risk assessments (JSA HIRA) and toolbox talks for offshore crews.
.
Monitor subcontractor performance ensuring adherence to safety and quality requirements.
.
Report and investigate incidents/nearmisses implementing corrective actions.
4. Interface & Reporting
.
Act as the primary point of contact between onshore engineering offshore teams and subcontractors.

Provide daily progress reports including installation logs weather delays and nonconformities.
.
Coordinate with survey teams ROV operators and diving support (if applicable).
.
Assist in resolving technical and operational challenges during offshore .
Qualifications & Experience
.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil Mechanical Marine or related field).
.
Experience: Minimum 57 years in offshore T&I coordination preferably in pipeline subsea structures or jacket installations.
.
Certifications:
o BOSIET/HUET (Offshore Survival)
o OPITO/IMCA certifications (preferred)
o Rigging & Lifting Competency
.
Technical Skills:
o Proficient in T&I engineering software (e.g. SACS OrcaFlex AutoCAD).
o Familiarity with dynamic positioning (DP) vessels crane operations and subsea systems.
.
Soft Skills: Strong leadership problemsolving and communication skill
