Job Description
An exciting opportunity for an experienced Payroll Officer to join our fantastic team on a shortterm basis and enjoy competitive pay.
Join us in bringing a new approach to medical and wellbeing care for detainees by:
- Provide total management of the process of payment to suppliers and other creditors.
- Maintain accurate and auditable Accounts Payable records.
- Maintain and enforce HCA accounts payable policies.
- Timely payments and resolution of queries.
- Provide excellent customer service to both suppliers and employees.
- Finance
- Perform BPAY & EFT payments weekly
- Review supplier statements to ensure invoices are being processed in accordance with trading terms.
- Provide ad hoc support

This opportunity is ideal for someone with 5 years of experience in accounting or accounts payable activities in a mediumsized organisation.
Experience in the healthcare sector is highly desirable.
