The role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Manager of Finance Business Partnering to join our Crown Melbourne Team. You will lead a small team of 12 to help effectively partner with your business unit. As a valued subject matter expert you will offer key commercial insight to the businesses. This role is varied and dynamic a great opportunity for an experience Finance Business Partner looking to take a step up. You will be responsible for;
- Partner with BU senior management and stakeholders to provide analytical and commercial finance support with a focus on providing strategic financial insights.
- Prepare and distribute business unit/department specific financial analysis and management reporting on a timely basis and in accordance with required frequency (i.e. Weekly Monthly quarterly etc.
- Prepare insights and commentary for financial performance of the business unit versus budget and prior year.
- Undertake ad hoc projects analysis and reporting as required.
- Prepare financial analysis to support business case initiatives and track costs and benefits where required.
- Influence business decision making with factbased financial insights.
About you
This an exciting opportunity to have genuine commercial impact on the Crown Resorts Property. You will be an experienced financial professional capable of offering key support to a variety of business units across our property. Passionate about unpacking complex business cases and helping the company achieve financial goals You will also have;
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or a related field.
- CPA ACCA or equivalent qualification or working towards.
- Extensive experience in related Finance Business Partnering Commercial Finance or FP&A roles.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen to provide insightsbased reporting and recommendations that support strategic business objectives.
- Ability to form and maintain strong relationships with business leaders.
- Excellent communications skills to effectively convey financial information and influence decisionmaking.
