Vloga sodelavca za projektni razvoj (m/f) bo usmerjena v analizo poslovnih procesov ter bo vkljuevala:
- Upravljanje in nadzor organizacijskih procesov za zagotavljanje uinkovitosti in uspenosti.
- Analiza obstojeih procesov za prepoznavanje podroij za izboljave in uvajanje sprememb.
- Razvoj taktik za izvajanje izboljav.
- Spodbujanje kulture stalnih izboljav.
- Digitalizacija standardizacija in avtomatizacija poslovnih procesov.
- Poenostavljanje uvajanja sprememb ter odzivanje na spremembe ter izvajanje novih ali posodobljenih procesov v realnem asu.
- Sodelovanje z razlinimi oddelki za optimizacijo delovanja in integracijo novih procesov.
- Razvoj strategij in nartov za izboljanje procesov.
- Uvajanje sprememb procesov ob zagotavljanju minimalnih motenj v delovanju.
- Vodenje delavnic in sestankov za ustvarjanje idej za izboljanje procesov.
- Ocenjevanje uinkov procesnih sprememb in prilagajanje strategij po potrebi.
- Vzdrevanje dokumentacije o procesih.

The position of the Project Development Associate (m/f) will center on driving and managing business process improvements and will entail:
- Manage and oversee organizational processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Analyze existing processes to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
- Develop tactics for carrying out improvements.
- Enabling culture of continuous improvement.
- Enabling Coface to digitize standardize and automate business processes.
- Make it easier to drive and respond to change rapidly and roll out new or updated processes in realtime.
- Collaborate with various departments to streamline operations and integrate new processes.
- Developing strategies and plans for process improvements.
- Implementing process changes ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Facilitating workshops and meetings to generate process improvement ideas.
- Evaluating the impact of process changes and adjusting strategies as necessary.
- Maintaining documentation on processes.
Qualifications :
Iemo sodelavca ki ima:
- Vsaj visokoolsko strokovno izobrazbo (prva bolonjska stopnja) ekonomske poslovne ali druge ustrezne smeri.
- Vsaj 3 leta izkuenj na podroju upravljanja poslovnih procesov.
- Odlino znanje angleine zaeleno je znanje tudi dodatnega jezika.
- Dokazano sposobnost uvajanja sprememb v operativnih timih.
- Odlino sposobnost komuniciranja in vplivanja na vseh ravneh organizacije.
- Dokazane vodstvene sposobnosti avtentinost sodelovalnost in sposobnost odprte komunikacije.
- Sposobnost povezovanja vpogledov razlinih operativnih timov za stalno izboljevanje sistema.
- Sposobnost postavljanja jasnih ciljev prioritet in standardov mona usmerjenost k rezultatom ter elja po dosekih.
- Dobro poznavanje BPMN in drugih notacij za mapiranje procesov je prednost.
- Izkunje s projektnim vodenjem so prednost.
We are looking for a team member with:
- At least a bachelors degree in economics business or another relevant field.
- At least 3 years of experience in business process management.
- Good knowledge of BPMN and other process mapping notation is an advantage.
- Excellent level of English required; third language preferred.
- Proven ability to facilitate change with operations teams.
- Excellent ability to communicate and influence at all levels of the organization.
- Proven leadership capacity authenticity collaboration and open communication.
- Ability to bring all insights from different operations teams together so that the system can continuously keep improving.
- Ability to set clear goals priorities and standards strong orientation to results eager for achievements.
- Project Management experience will be an advantage.
