Recruitment and Staffing:
- Manage the recruitment process including job postings screening resumes conducting interviews and onboarding new employees.
- Collaborate with department managers to identify hiring needs and develop job descriptions.
Employee Relations:
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies benefits and procedures.
- Address employee concerns and facilitate conflict resolution when necessary.
Performance Management:
- Support the performance appraisal process guiding managers and employees.
- Assist in the development and implementation of performance improvement plans.
Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and assist in the design and implementation of employee development programs.
- Organize orientation sessions for new hires and facilitate ongoing training sessions.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Assist in the administration of compensation and benefits programs. Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
HR Administration:
- Maintain personnel records and HR databases ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Prepare HR reports and metrics to support organizational decisionmaking.
- Policy Development:
- Contribute to the development and updating of HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure communication and adherence to HR policies across the organization.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar role 24 years preferred).
- Strong knowledge of HR practices labor law and employment regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and HR software (e.g. HRIS).
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
