We are looking for an experienced and innovative Digital Marketing Strategist/Lead with deep expertise in digital demand generation lead optimization and strategic use of AI/LLM tools. The ideal candidate is a digital generalist who can confidently lead demandgen initiatives leverage the latest AI technologies and deliver measurable growth in marketing qualified leads (MQLs) and sales qualified leads (SQLs). This role will play a pivotal part in shaping and executing our digital strategy driving measurable impact across the organization particularly in collaboration with Sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Demand Generation & Digital Strategy:
- Plan execute and optimize comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive demand and generate highquality leads (MQLs and SQLs).
- Manage and optimize paid digital campaigns across Google Ads LinkedIn Instagram PPC and other digital platforms utilizing A/B testing retargeting and advanced segmentation.
- Own and improve the marketing funnel strategy ensuring consistent lead flow performance tracking and optimization.
AI & LLM Integration:
- Leverage advanced AI/LLM tools (e.g. ChatGPT Midjourney Bard) to streamline marketing operations enhance customer engagement and automate content and performance optimizations.
- Stay abreast of emerging AI technologies and implement innovative digital strategies utilizing these tools.
Analytics & Performance Optimization:
- Analyze campaign effectiveness using Google Analytics SEMRush Zoho CRM HubSpot and other marketing automation tools.
- Measure and report on key performance indicators (ROAS CTR conversion rates etc..
- Regularly provide datadriven insights recommendations and optimizations to improve ROI and lead quality.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales team to align digital strategies with sales objectives and pipeline targets.
Digital Channel Management:
- Oversee SEO strategies including keyword research content optimization and backlink strategies to drive organic growth.
- Coordinate website optimization (WordPress) to enhance user experience and conversion rates.
CrossFunctional Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal stakeholders across Marketing Sales Product and Channel Partners to develop and execute integrated digital strategies.
- Ensure alignment and clear communication across teams through regular EOSdriven meetings and accountability structures.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- 4 years in digital marketing with a strong focus on demand generation paid media and digital strategy.
- Demonstrated expertise in PPC SEO CRM marketing automation (HubSpot Zoho CRM preferred) and analytics platforms (Google Analytics SEMRush).
- Experience or demonstrated familiarity with AI and LLM tools (ChatGPT Bard Midjourney etc. to improve marketing effectiveness.
- Exceptional analytical and data interpretation skills with the ability to clearly communicate insights and recommendations.
- Proficiency in WordPress and website optimization techniques.
- Excellent organizational skills detailoriented and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fastpaced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with the EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) model.
- Strong project management and problemsolving skills.
