Customer Success Intern
About the Role Vizmo is looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Customer Success Intern to join our team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to learn the ins and outs of customer success in a fastgrowing SaaS startup. You ll support the team in ensuring our clients receive an exceptional experience while gaining exposure to customer lifecycle management onboarding engagement and retention strategies. You ll work closely with the Customer Success Managers and other crossfunctional teams like Sales Product and Support.
Responsibilities
- Assist in onboarding new customers and ensuring a smooth start with Vizmo s platform.
- Support in responding to client queries and resolving basic issues in a timely manner.
- Help track customer engagement satisfaction and usage metrics.
- Maintain accurate customer records and assist with CRM data updates.
- Assist in creating user guides FAQs and other customerfacing documentation.
- Gather and summarize customer feedback to share with internal teams.
- Participate in customer meetings and take notes where applicable.
- Support in organizing customer webinars training sessions and engagement events.
- Help monitor support tickets and follow up on open issues.

Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Marketing Communications or related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problemsolving attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Comfortable with Google Workspace (Docs Sheets Slides) and/or MS Office.
- Detailoriented with good organizational skills.
- A team player who s proactive and thrives in a startup environment.
Nice to Have
- Interest or coursework in Customer Success SaaS or Tech Products.
- Prior internship experience in a customerfacing or support role.
- Familiarity with tools like Intercom Zendesk HubSpot or similar CRM/support platforms.
