Mandatory Skills:
- Cloud Data Platform Expertise: Snowflake and/or Databricks 5 8 years)

- Domain Exposure: Healthcare Retail Manufacturing Financial Services

Role Overview / Job Summary:
We are looking for a visionary Cloud Data Platform Solution Leader with strong expertise in Snowflake and/or Data bricks to lead our cloud data initiatives. This role will be pivotal in establishing a marketleading practice developing innovative datadriven solutions and driving adoption across key industries. You will partner with internal and external stakeholders to craft scalable architectures develop accelerators and position Snowflake or Databricks as strategic platforms for client success. Ideal candidates will possess deep technical knowledge strategic thinking and an entrepreneurial drive.
Key Responsibilities / Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the establishment and growth of the Cloud Data Platform practice (Snowflake/Databricks)
- Identify and drive new business opportunities across industries
- Collaborate with sales and account teams to understand client needs and pitch tailored data solutions
- Design industryspecific solutions for verticals like Healthcare Retail Manufacturing & BFSI
- Develop accelerators prebuilt solutions and reusable assets to speed up delivery and improve value
- Provide architectural oversight and support Snowflake/Databricks project delivery
- Stay up to date with platform advancements and explore new integration use cases
- Foster vendor partnerships and expand platform capabilities and offerings
- Share knowledge through blogs talks whitepapers and community engagements
- Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of innovation and learning
- Represent the organization at industry events conferences and user forums
