Overview
The Salesforce FSC Subject Matter Expert (SME) Senior Consultant plays a pivotal role in our organization by leveraging their extensive knowledge of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) to drive impactful solutions for our clients. This position requires deep expertise in Financial Services and proficiency in Salesforce platform functionalities enabling consultants to deliver tailored strategies that optimize business processes and enhance client relationships. As a Senior Consultant this individual acts as a trusted advisor guiding teams in effectively implementing Salesforce solutions that align with client objectives. You will also collaborate closely with project stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of projects within budget and time constraints. Your ability to stay updated with industry trends and Salesforce innovations will cement your status as a key contributor to our organization and prepare you to lead complex projects for our diverse client base.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for Salesforce Financial Services Cloud implementations.
- Analyze client requirements and develop tailored Salesforce solutions.
- Design and configure Salesforce FSC features to meet specific business needs.
- Lead workshops and training sessions for stakeholders on Salesforce best practices.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate Salesforce with other business systems.
- Provide expert guidance on industry trends and Salesforce capabilities.
- Participate in project lifecycle from presales through implementation and support.
- Conduct data mapping and migration activities for client data.
- Monitor project timelines and report on progress to stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce FSC functionalities.
- Create and maintain project documentation including requirements and solution design.
- Engage in continuous learning to stay abreast of Salesforce updates and features.
- Support clients in change management and user adoption strategies.
- Assess and recommend process improvements leveraging Salesforce FSC.
- Mentor junior consultants and help develop their skills in Salesforce solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business IT or related field.
- 5 years of experience in Salesforce consultancy particularly in FSC.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce FSC certification.
- Strong background in Financial Services industry.
- Proficiency in Salesforce configuration visualforce and Apex programming.
- Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
- Experience in conducting training and workshops for users.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven experience in stakeholder engagement and client management.
- Handson experience with Salesforce integrations.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
