Key Responsibilities
- Implement and configure SAP FSCM solutions based on business requirements.
- Collaborate with finance teams to improve cash flow management and reporting.
- Analyze financial processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
- Support endusers with the financial supply chain functionalities within SAP.
- Conduct thorough testing of SAP FSCM configurations and resolve any issues.
- Develop and deliver training programs for staff on SAP FSCM functionalities.
- Compile financial data for reporting and presentations for management.
- Assist in project planning and management to ensure timelines are met.
- Stay updated with SAP updates and best practices for FSCM.
- Participate in crossfunctional teams to enhance financial processes across the organization.
- Provide input during SAP projects to align technology with business strategies.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies in all implementations.
- Perform regular audits of the financial supply chain processes within SAP.
- Create user manuals and documentation for FSCM processes.
- Act as a liaison between IT finance and external consultants.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Finance Accounting Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP FSCM or similar financial systems.
- Professional certifications related to SAP (e.g. SAP Certified Application Associate).
- Strong understanding of financial principles and supply chain management.
- Experience in project management methodologies and implementation strategies.
- Proficiency in data analysis and financial reporting tools.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA is preferred.
- Able to navigate complex SAP systems and processes effectively.
- Familiarity with accounting software and other financial management tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adhere to deadlines.
- Experience providing enduser support in a financial context.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements impacting financial operations.
- Willingness to adapt to changing business needs and methodologies.
