Sales & Business Development:
Drive sales growth of life insurance products within the defence sector.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and expand the client base.
Establish and maintain relationships with defence units military personnel and government organizations.
Conduct presentations and oneonone consultations to explain life insurance products and benefits.
Client Engagement:
Provide tailored life insurance solutions to military personnel and their families.
Address the specific needs of defence personnel and offer expert advice regarding suitable coverage.
Ensure seamless communication with clients to maintain high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
Market Analysis & Reporting:
Monitor market trends and competitor offerings within the defence sector to identify new opportunities.
Track sales performance and provide regular reports on sales achievements targets and market insights.
Gather feedback from customers to improve product offerings and service delivery.
Compliance & Documentation:
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies related to life insurance sales.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities client communications and insurance policy documentation.
Training & Development:
Participate in regular training sessions to stay uptodate with the latest insurance products industry trends and sales techniques.
Full Time
