Sales Target Achievement: Drive and monitor team performance against sales goals ensuring the team consistently meets or exceeds set targets for life insurance products.
Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and support to team members ensuring they are knowledgeable about the life insurance products sales processes and compliance standards.
Collaboration with Bank Partners: Foster strong relationships with partner banks ensuring that life insurance products are promoted effectively and sold to the right customer segments.
Customer Relationship Management: Address escalated customer queries ensure exceptional service delivery and work with the team to provide solutions to customers insurance needs.
Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements in sales strategies operations and client servicing to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.
Sales Performance Reporting: Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management providing insights into team performance sales progress and challenges.
Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure that all team activities adhere to company policies industry regulations and compliance requirements especially in life insurance sales.
Sales Strategy Implementation: Work with senior management to implement sales strategies initiatives and promotional campaigns designed to increase life insurance sales through the banca channel.
