Job Description
- Lead and manage the NOC Green Team ensuring effective and efficient operations.
- Oversee the daily activities of the team providing guidance and support as needed.
- Ensure timely and accurate resolution of incidents and service requests.
- Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and support.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and service delivery.
- Monitor and report on team performance identifying areas for improvement.
- Handle administrative tasks related to inventory & monitoring of network devices.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in a leadership role within a Network Operations Center or similar environment.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
- Fluency in German and English is mandatory. Additional languages such as Italian Lithuanian Czech Hungarian Slovakian Bulgarian Romanian or Croatian are a plus.
- Excellent NetworkSkills (certified)
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSMTools
