Job Description
Our Downsizing Specialists provide the following services:
- Work with Downsizing Manager to implement customized Move Plan and Timeline for all client projects
- Prepare for projects by reviewing project team and client notes (candidates must be detailoriented and also critical thinkers)
- Responsible for driving 14ft ProMaster HighRoof Van (candidate needs to feel comfortable driving large van)
- Responsible for loading/unloading supplies before and after projects
- Provide highest level of client service
- Assist clients to determine which items to keep donate gift sell or discard
- Professionally pack all items coordinate with movers and assist with unpacking and getting client settled in their new home
- Initiate and maintain communication with Downsizing Manager throughout engagement
- Utilize project management tools for timely completion of move
- Complete online inoffice and onsite trainings
- Participate in Team Meetings
- Provide feedback to Downsizing Manager for the best possible service to clients
Qualifications :
Our ideal candidates enjoy working with and supporting older adults and individuals in transition. They have a strong attention to detail excellent verbal and written communication skills strong interpersonal skills and the ability to multitask. This candidate is a critical thinker and is highly flexible. This candidate is teachable adaptable to different personalities a team player and comfortable with technology.

This candidate must be available four full days per week. No weekend work is required. Role is parttime with varying hours scheduled weektoweek but can average up to 30 hours per week.
