Job Description
As a Business Intern youll play a key role in supporting our team with critical research and analytical tasks. Your responsibilities will include:
Market Research:
- Conduct indepth research on the education technology market Registered Training Organizations (RTOs) the educational sector and the Australian job market .
- Explore specific aspects such as marketing strategies social media trends finance & economics statistics business processes operations and management practices .
Data Analysis & Visualization:
- Analyze collected data and create clear visually appealing representations such as pie charts bar charts timelines and other infographics.
- Use tools like MS Excel Google Sheets Canva and Figma to present data effectively.
Administrative Support:
- Assist with data entry admin tasks and quality checks to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Design Concepts for UX/UI:
- Contribute to designing concepts that focus on improving user flow usability UI and UX for our website and mobile app pages .
- Collaborate with the design team to create intuitive and engaging user experiences.
Tool Mastery:
- Gain handson experience using tools like MS Word Google Docs Microsoft Visio and Figma to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.

Qualifications :
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Commerce Economics Finance Psychology or a related field.
- Strong interest in research data analysis and problemsolving .
- Basic proficiency in tools like MS Excel Google Sheets Canva and Figma (training provided where needed).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Passion for innovation in education technology and career development .
(Note: No prior experience is requiredjust enthusiasm and a willingness to learn!
Additional Information :
- Completely remote or work from home (Very good if you also want to spend more time with family)
