Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team at ARC Physical Therapy . As a key member of our organization you will play a crucial role in delivering highquality care to our patients ensuring their recovery and wellbeing.
- Assess patients to develop and initiate treatment plans based on the evaluation results
- Review the physicians referral (prescription) and the patients condition and medical records to determine the physical therapy treatment required
- Provide direct patient care by established protocols and patient care guidelines
- Document findings progress and instructions to patients and caregivers
- Responsible for patient care performed by assistants and rehabilitation technicians
- Complete a written plan of care develop goals based on evaluation findings and develop a comprehensive program to attain goals
- Implement physical therapy treatment program and provide essential physical therapy treatments
- Communicate effectively with patients/caregivers and professional colleagues including physicians and insurance companies
- Ensure timely documentation including daily notes weekly workers compensation reports progress reports initial evaluations discharge summaries and incident reports
Qualifications :
- Graduate degree from CAPTEaccredited Physical Therapy program. New graduates are encouraged to apply wed love for you to start your career with us!
- Current state of Kansas license and CPR certification
- Ability to create and implement outpatient balance and vestibular rehabilitationsetting treatment plans or willingness to learn
- Ability to work efficiently/effectively in an autonomous environment
- Basic PC skills and knowledge including but not limited to Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system database software and MS Office
Additional Information :
- $72000$90000 Based on experience
- Monday Friday schedule 8:00 AM 5:00PM)
