Job Description

Zero Bond at Wynn Las Vegas is redefining the membership club experience and is looking for a dynamic and creative Director of Marketing. This role reports to the Vice President & Head of Membership of Zero Bond at Wynn Las Vegas and works closely with the internal departments external partners and Bond Hospitality to ensure streamlined of the marketing strategy and event programming of Zero Bond. The ideal candidate is wellorganized and a creative thinker who can transform innovative ideas into actionable results.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in creating planning and executing the overall marketing strategy and creative direction of Zero Bond at Wynn Las Vegas to communicate the venues identity and enhance member experience.
  • Oversee the creation and of both preopening and postopening marketing plans to position Zero Bond as the premier social experience in Las Vegas
  • Assist in the oversight and ideation of the development and maintenance of the venues brand identity across all touchpoints
  • Design and execute targeted campaigns to attract new members and increase retention with existing members
  • Develop strategies for the membership team to tell the Zero Bond story to prospects
  • Assist in overseeing a digital marketing agency in charge of social media and content strategy
  • Assist in overseeing a PR agency that handles public relations strategy.
  • Assist in the oversight ideation and of the programming strategy inside Zero Bond
  • Develop and curate a compelling calendar of events and experiences to reflect the venues brand
  • Oversee the ideation and marketing of cultural events curated dinners private parties networking events and popups pre and post opening
  • Identify and manage strategic partnerships with luxury brands personalities and partners
  • Manage the marketing communication to members including app SMS and email
  • Monitor industry trends competitor offerings and members preferences to promote innovation
  • Maintain an uptodate awareness of pop culture and the evolving needs of potential and current members
  • Manage the marketing budget to ensure efficient allocation of resources
  • Provide regular reports on marketing performance and prepare executivelevel presentations
  • Develop communication strategies that foster a sense of community and engagement
  • Coordinate with external vendors and various departments to ensure that all sponsorship deliverables are creatively and thoughtfully executed
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the department leader

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in marketing communications or related field is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years experience in hospitality or membership club marketing.
  • Experience managing multichannel marketing plans including PR events web and social marketing strategies.
  • Ability to operate in a fastpaced environment and manage a highvolume event calendar.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • Strong organization skills and deadlineoriented ability to prioritize multiple deadlines.
  • Deep understanding of the membership club hospitality and luxury markets.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing trends and platforms including social media and content marketing.
  • Budget management: The ability to manage budgets effectively and allocate funds to campaigns that provide the highest return on investment.
  • Ability to create manage and execute event promotions that generate excitement and attract members.
  • Experience with social media platforms such as Instagram TikTok Facebook X.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with the executive team and internal stakeholders
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule.
