Job Description
Were looking for a Customer Success Engineer to drive the success of Procores Enterprise customers. You will succeed in this role when the customer succeeds in adopting and realising value from their investment in Procore. You will literally be helping improve the lives of our construction customers by connecting them on a global platform.
As a successful Customer Success Engineer youll help organisations across France and Europe understand best practices around construction technology and solutions and the many business benefits they can provide. Youll work in a highly collaborative and driven environment that values openness optimism and ownership.
In this role youll leverage your consultativemindset and knowledge of the construction industry and the Procore software platform to provide clients with recommendations on how to maximise the value of their Procore technology. Youll partner closely crossfunctionally with Sales PS Support Product and Marketing. Successful candidates are passionate about construction and technology.
This position will be based in Paris. Were looking for someone to join us immediately.
What Youll Do:
Make datadriven recommendations to your customers on how they can optimise the value of Procore based on customer analytics and industry best practices.
Craft valuebased presentations that address customer business problems and accelerate the adoption of the Procore platform
Provide product roadmap and product release updates to your customers so that they can benefit from our leadingedge technology
Provide the highest level of responsiveness and customer service and to your clients through clear and effective communication
Foster a positive team culture by supporting and mentoring your fellow Procorians
Collaborate with all levels of the Procore organisation to develop best practices and drive Procores evolution as a market leader
Develop a mastery of Procores products professional services and industry best practices
Up to 50 travel to client sites (may include domestic and international) industry events and other Procore offices
What were looking for:
A passion for construction and technology
Demonstrated success in a Customer Success Professional Services Technical PreSales setting or in a role within the Construction Industry (Project Manager Site Super Project Finance Manager Estimator or Project Engineer)
Ability to leverage strong technical aptitude to master Procores product offerings business model services and emerging technologies
Outstanding presentation and communication skills both inperson and through virtual meetings and in writing with internal and external stakeholders
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills to synthesise relevant and impactful intelligence from ambiguous data
Experience acting as a technology evangelist and promoter of modernising the Construction industry is a plus
Understanding of the construction industry across different verticals (general contracting subcontracting real estate development etc. is a plus
A positive energy source in a fastpaced diverse forwardlooking environment.

Additional Information :
Base Pay Rangeplus commission for an estimated ontarget earnings of. This role is also eligible for Equity Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive fair and commensurate compensation and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation will be based on a candidates jobrelated skills experience education or training and location.
