Job Description
The essential ingredient at the heart of our business is our people so we are searching for an experienced Regional Executive Head Chef with a background in exceptional food catering services to join our business and work at one of our highly prestigious corporate settings.
As Regional Executive Head Chef your focus is to work closely with your teams to develop a great work relationship and together to provide the best customer service.
As well as having an excellent presentation organisational and communication skills you will be able to demonstrate a real passion for food & service and possess bags of enthusiasm.
Qualifications :
Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Senior Head Chef in a multisite or regional capacity responsible for all food related matters.
Be a proven handson leader able to invest in your team and their development with strong leadership and people development skills.
A passion for fresh seasonal locally sourced food driving innovative and creative menus that are driven by excellence.
Be financially astutewith good understanding of GP calculation and have strong IT literacy.
Be naturally outgoing and vibrant display a real passion for food and customer service.
Excellent communication and relationshipbuilding abilities.
Comfortable in both corporate and creative food environments.
Have excellent Health & Safety knowledge.
Be innovative and creative and driven by excellence.
