Job Description
Learn current operation processes in each of the existing functions.
Work with functional operations teams and ask questions around why the processes exist today
Identify areas of opportunity to create new transformation initiatives
Calculate productivity savings and cost savings of new initiatives
Build overall business case for new transformation initiatives
Work with operations teams and tech teams to determine cost and development needs for new transformation initiatives
Qualifications :
Have knowledge of operations processes for each function
Review existing operations processes
Identify areas of opportunity for transformation initiatives
Build business cases including productivity savings cost reduction and quality improvements
Define roadmap for new transformation initiatives
Collaborate with operations teams and tech teams to outline costs and development needs
