Your responsibilities as Mechanical Process Engineer will be:
- Mechanical Engineer;
- Machine Building Experience;
- CAD/ProE/CREO developer;
- Knowledge of pneumatics systems;
- Knowledge of different manufacturing principles for different materials e.g. plastics sheet metal stainless steel die casting;
- Knowledge of materials (plastic aluminium stainless steel sheet metal);
- Assist on the development of the mechanical manufacturing process;
- Collaborate with stakeholders to determine requirements;
- Definition and implementation of the automation of production processes;
- Responsible for the interface between operator and system/machine;
- Ensure that the System meets all requirements of quality reliability and safety by developing safety interfaces;
- You will work in close partnership with R&D centers from different locations around the world;
- You will be a member of a multidisciplinary project team;
Qualifications :
What distinguishes you:
- Master degree in Mechanical Engineering/ Mechatronics;
- 1 3 years of experience in similar roles;
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes (preferably assembly and electronic industry);
- Knowledge of pneumatics and automation;
- Knowledge in Lean manufactering;
- Experience in mechanical design (preferably software CREO);
- Knowledge of problem solving 8D 5Whys etc);
- Knowledge in machine safety;
- Responsibility and resilience.
