We integrate transport and shipping processes and build a digital & automated transportation ordering process with our freight forwarders on global scale redefining how the transport ordering and works @Bosch
You will strengthen our worldwide team which is responsible for global process integration
You will coach regional key users in departments as a process expert provide trainings and support in incident handling as 3rd level support as well
You will be the first point of contact for providing expert consultation of transport topics for other departments and projects
Conceptual work on process improvements and system developments
Field of responsibility:
Acting as a global subject matter expert for the overland transport processes and transport related exception management
Steering the global transport functional team
Responsible for requirement engineering KPI and process definition documentation and training concepts creation within the SME area
Ensure the continuous improvement within overland transport processes
Responsible that processes are in line with legal requirements and company policies (confluence)
Lead and participate in process improvement projects to improve product quality decrease cost and improve product performance
Cooperation with other departments focusing on process harmonization and improvement search for weak points and make suggestions for management on development areas
Recommend and implement new technologies to improve efficiency within transport and transport exception management
Qualifications :
Fluent English language knowledge German is an advantage
More than 5 years of relevant experience in transport operations and processes management
High level knowledge of transport management systems and ticketing systems such as ServiceNow
On hand experience with using of continuous improvement methodologies lean six sigma certification (black green belt) is an advantage
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (including oral written collaboration and presentation skills)
Project management experience in development implementation and change management
Openness and curiosity to search for and try out for new technologies/softwares
Advanced MS 365 knowledge Visio and MS SQL knowledge is an advantage
