Job Description
The position of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Functional EBS Manager is a businesscritical role reporting to our Mission Systems UK Head of IT.
You will be responsible for the ongoing maintenance support and development of our Oracle EBusiness Suite(EBS) system across General Dynamics in the UK working collaboratively with the business functions such as Finance HR Supply Chain Manufacturing etc and process owners and of course the end users. This is a heavily audited system that has to conform to the SarbanesOxley Act of 2002 (SOX).
You will lead a small internal Oracle team while managing and collaborating with two service providers that support and maintain our Oracle cloud implementation and underpin EBusiness Suite application support and development.

Qualifications :
To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate:
- Comprehensive technical and functional knowledge of Oracle EBusiness Suite including databases Java plugins and SQL/PLSQL
- Extensive experience in Finance HR Supply Chain and Manufacturing modules within Oracle EBS
- Strong analytical skills and ability to critically analyse design options
- Excellent project management skills delivering challenging projects on time and to budget
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills including presentation abilities
- Experience working with outsourcing partners in an IT function
- Degree in an ITrelated discipline or equivalent experience (preferred)
- Proficiency in reporting tools (e.g. Splash BI Power BI) and ERP systems (preferred)

Additional Information :
Salary for this position is 72000 to 90000 depending on experience plus our excellent flexible benefits package.
For this role we offer hybrid working with some time spent working from our offices either Oakdale South Wales or Hastings) and home. We will also consider applications for those seeking remote working where appropriate.
