Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Work with USbased clients and Vietnam development to understand business needs and develop technical solutions to support DevOps needs in Vietnam team as well as the US team.
- Deploy and maintain CI/CD pipelines across multiple environments
- Support and coordinate with crossfunctional teams to deploy the latest technologies to deliver the product to global customers
- Deploy product updates identify production issues and implement integrations that meet customer needs
- Develop and improve business continuity planning and disaster recovery protocols for cloudbased systems
- Maintain/monitor/troubleshoot issues in the internal environments in the cloud.
- Develop new deployment pipeline for the core products to better control product quality increase teams productivity accuracy and efficiency and reduce products time to market
- Design promote support containers microservices and cloud deployment on onpremises and Azure and support repeatable and frictionless Continuous Integration
- Be responsible for building and running systems that make software engineering faster better and safer
- Provide mentoring/training for junior members if any
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Leader/ Manage
Qualifications :
General requirements:
- UpperIntermediate level of English level
- Ability to effectively consult with clients to understand their needs propose tailored solutions and persuasively communicate their value to gain approval
- Ability to obtain deep knowledge of the project technologies and work independently with minimum guidance
- Ability to handle multiple tasks communicate effectively with clients & team members
- Strong logical thinking and problemsolving skills
- Ability to selflearn and adapt to new technologies quickly
Technical requirements:
- 3 years of experience of DevOps across all Phases of the software lifecycle
- Strong knowledge of cloud services especially Azure and AWS is essential
- Experienced in designing scalable systems cloud architecture (Azure/AWS) and ensuring high availability
- Experience in complex onpremises systems and migrating onpremises services to cloud are strongly preferred
- Proficient in building and managing CI/CD pipelines with tools like Jenkins GitLab CI or Azure DevOps
- Strong experience with DevOps tools (Terraform Jenkins Selenium Docker Kubernetes Puppet Ansible Chef etc.
- Proficient in scripting languages (Python Bash or PowerShell) for automation.
- Experience with system monitoring and troubleshooting using tools like ELK Datadog or similar
- Experienced working in an Agile ITIL Process fastpaced DevOps environment
