Title: Lead Field Marketing Specialist Crop

The Opportunity: The purpose of this role is to drive strategic business development by establishing and nurturing key stakeholder relationships ensuring a strong market presence. Additionally the role involves defining and executing strategies for agency servicing and business performance across various channels with a focus on enhancing customer relationships and loyalty while managing P&L responsibilities for sustainable growth and profitability.

  • Location: Louisiana Arkansas or Mississippi Remote
  • Work Arrangement: This role is fully remote for candidates located in Louisiana Arkansas or Mississippi ONLY MF 37.5 hours
  • The salary range for this role is between $84000.00$126000.00 Annually

Your new role

  • Accurately document process and transmit loss information to determine potential damages.
  • Manage and deliver the annual new business target.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including customers brokers and industry bodies.
  • Ensure compliance with the Insurance Authoritys regulations and requirements.
  • Develop and share MI data to influence business decisions.
  • Establish and develop relationships with key clients to promote the company image.
  • Monitor client and market requirements through client calls and visits.
  • Support best practices and continuous improvement in training and compliance.
  • Provide product expertise to intermediaries on the range of products offered.
  • Network internally and externally to promote the interests of the company and contribute to opportunitysharing culture.
  • Working knowledge of Agriculture/Farming

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree
  • Valid Drivers License.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in the crop insurance industry.
  • Experience in agriculture.
  • Experience in farming.

Compensation Package:

The salary range for this role is provided above. This is the national range for location(s) listed. The salary offer will be decided based on the roles complexity its location and the candidates professional background including their education and experience. Beyond the base salary regular fulltime and parttime employees will also be eligible for QBEs annual discretionary bonus plan based on business and individual encourage all candidates to apply even if their salary expectations fall outside of this range as we are committed to finding the right fit for our team.
