Job Purpose: The Business Analyst/Project Manager is responsible for evaluating current business processes and identifying opportunities for improvement across multiple organizations. The ideal candidate will gather requirements scope solutions manage project timelines and coordinate resources to meet company objectives. You will be a key part of our team supporting Holiday Oil Stores Cottonwood Distribution and Holiday Trucking. Note: Travel for business is required in this role and MVR monitoring is part of the responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze business requirements from internal stakeholders across different departments.
- Scope projects estimate resources needed and define the project timeline.
- Identify and allocate internal and external resources to execute project tasks effectively.
- Create and maintain project documentation track progress and regularly update stakeholders on project status.
- Provide training and support to endusers postimplementation to ensure smooth adoption of new systems or processes.
- Evaluate and identify risks associated with projects providing solutions to mitigate these risks where possible.
- Manage the entire project lifecycle to ensure the timely and successful achievement of company objectives.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Systems Project Management or a related field.
- Experience:
- 3 years of experience in Business Analysis and/or Project Management.
- Proven experience managing IT projects with a deep understanding of project management methodologies.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint etc..
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to clearly translate complex technical ideas between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to work in crossfunctional teams.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is preferred.
- Experience in Retail or Distribution is a plus.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to NDA requirements.
