Job Description
Scheduler Maintenance Specialist / Facility Manager
Locations: Fort Hunter Liggett CA
Base Pay: $21.49
Essential Responsibilities and Tasks:
PD Systems is seeking a Scheduler Maintenance Specialist / Facility Manager to support exercise training at Fort Hunter Liggett CA.
Minimum Requirements:
- Physical ability to walk inspect and/or monitor rooms and barrack facilities and associated facilities.
- Conduct daily weekly monthly and/or annual inspections of base operation and living facilities. Inspection areas include but are not necessarily limited to: lighting plumbing basic electrical furniture condition flooring issues safety hazards quality of life issues and a basic HVAC knowledge.
- Communicate findings from inspection items to leadership chain in both written and oral fashion.
- Participate in the stocking of supplies and the inspection and light housekeeping of common areas.
- Have at least a moderate level of computer literacy.
- Provide support with furniture inspections which includes the physical ability to lift move push pull at least 50 pounds physical ability walk up to approximately mile squat bend stand and sit.
