Job Description
The expected pay in KailuaKona for Senior Kitchen & Bath Designer $48100 to $57800 per year plus commission.
HPM Building Supply is looking to hire a Senior Kitchen and Bath Designer in KailuaKona Hawaii. The Senior Kitchen & Bath Designer shepherds customers through the process of obtaining a customdesigned kitchen/bath ensuring an experience that wows. This individual has an entrepreneur growth mindset builds leads creates compelling designs nurtures excellent customer relationships and contributes to the profitability of our 100 employeeowned company.
The typical schedule for the Senior Kitchen and Bath Designer:
Tuesday Friday 8:00 am 5:00 pm and Saturday 10:00 am 4:00 pm and NO SUNDAYS!!
QUALIFICATIONS
- Ability to mentor teach develop and train level I and II designers
- Complete understanding of the application of principles concepts practices and standards. Full knowledge of industry practices
- Previous experience in sales and customer service required
- Intermediate computer skills required Microsoft Office
- Previous experience in sales project planning and 2020 design software preferred
