Job Description
Become a valued member of our supportive and collaborative Modern Foreign Languages team in our independent Newham school as a French Teacher!
Our friendly and inclusive independent school in Newham is seeking an enthusiastic French Teacher to join our dedicated MFL department. You will work alongside experienced colleagues to deliver a highquality language education.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and wellprepared French lessons across Key Stages 35.
- Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development and resource sharing.
- Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment.
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods to engage all learners.
- Contribute to departmental meetings and initiatives.
- Participate in the wider life of the school.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Degree in French or a related subject.
- Experience teaching French at secondary level (or strong potential as an ECT).
- Native or nearnative fluency in French.
- A strong commitment to teamwork and collaboration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
