Job Description
Customer Planner
What youll do:
Ensure compliance with the demand required by the client making a planning and / or negotiation based on analysis of the information that covers the requirements and volume fluctuations contracted with customers through effective communication with the different areas of the organization to ensure 100 satisfaction of the final customer without negative impacts for the organization.
Experience with Customers portals raw material planning and supporting warehouse AMG quality engineering.
Obtain 100 qualification with clients for issues related to the area of Production Control. Dispute all penalties to obtain 100 in customer portals. Comply with inventory policy.
What is required:
Bachelors degree or similar and Advanced English
2 years of experience in production planning and customer service and with Tier 1
Understand customer requirements processing systems by EDI to the ERP
