Job Description
Angott Search Group is pleased to partner with a prestigious law firm in their search for a Litigation Partner with a portable book of business of at least $1Mideally between $1.5M$2.5Mto join its expanding practice.
Ideal Candidate will have:
Extensive experience litigating in New York state and federal courts
Additional experience in Delaware and New Jersey courts strongly preferred
A strong background in commercial litigation including:
Commercial and shareholder disputes
Board governance and fiduciary duty issues
Breach of contract and business torts
Employment litigation and restrictive covenant enforcement
Financial services and securities matters
Trade secret misappropriation
