Job Summary

The Coordinator People and Culture role provides essential operational support to the People and Culture team with a primary focus on maintaining and supporting the organizations Human Resources Management System (HRMS). This position is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of employee data running and maintaining HR reports and metrics identifying opportunities for increased automation in HR processes supporting onboarding and offboarding activities and providing responsive service to internal team members. The Coordinator is expected to manage routine processes independently contribute to teamwide initiatives and support continuous improvement of HR systems and workflows.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Maintain and update employee records in HRMS (BambooHR) including time off job changes and status updates.
Conduct quarterly audits of employee records to ensure completeness and accuracy (i.e. job descriptions I9 forms emergency contacts).
Generate maintain and distribute regular and ad hoc reports dashboards and HR metrics (i.e. headcount turnover timetofill leave tracking).
Identify opportunities for increased efficiency and automation in HR processes; implement creative systemsbased solutions within the HRMS (BambooHR).
In partnership with Data and Technology and Communications Teams updates the external Career webpage of the organizations website.
Manage onboarding and offboarding process including documentation and enrollment of benefits enrollment and exit procedures.
Perform routine updates to policies procedures process improvement and document updates.
Provide general administrative support to the People and Culture team.
Perform additional duties as assigned.

Collaborate with Learning and Development and Employee Engagement within the People and Culture team.


Minimum Qualifications

Minimum of two years of experience in Human Resources or on a People and Culture team.
Experience in an administrative or systemsfocused role.
Handson experience managing and maintaining an HRMS HRIS or HCM including regular data entry system audits and reporting.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel with the ability to work with formulas pivot tables and data sets.
Strong skills in MS Word PowerPoint Word and OutlookQuick to learn new digital tools and systems; comfortable navigating new technologies independently.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Selfmotivated proactive and able to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a fastpaced deadlinedriven environment by using strong organizational and planning skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Maintains the highest standards of confidentiality discretion and professionalism in all aspects of the work.

Experience with BambooHR.
Experience working within a global distributed team environment.

Employment Package

Reports to: Manager People and Culture

FullTime Position 40 Hours a Week
Location: Virtual/Remote
Annual Salary Range: $56000$66000 USD
To be filled as soon as possible (start date to be agreed between both parties).
Our salary structures are locationagnostic ensuring equal pay for the same role irrespective of location. Final employment offers are determined based on the role candidate experience education and other relevant factors but not on location. Offers will be presented in the local currency of the candidates permanent residence. Benefits are tailored to the region of the candidates permanent residence and align with Textile Exchanges regional employment packages.
