Job Description
MA/LPN Clinic Support Team Ear Nose &Throat Per Diem

Schedule/Shifts: Dayshift clinical hours available MF individual casual/per diem shifts!
Location: Shifts available primarily inSt. Louis Park Maple Grove Edina Coon Rapids and Burnsville MN.
Pay rates:
Medical Assistants: Up to $35/hour depending on experience.
LPNs: Up to $45/hour depending on experience.
*Ear Nose and Throat (ENT) experience is strongly preferred!

What we ask of you:
- Rooming patients in a clinic setting.
- Vital signs and other pertinent physical measurements.
- Review charts of pertinent information.
- Prepare exam rooms for patient set up and procedures.
- Prepare charts for patient appointments.
- Facilitate timely and accurate flow of communication within the clinic/location.
- Cleaning and sterilizing procedures support infection control and OSHA standards.
- Clinic supplies are adequately stocked and well organized.
- Administer vaccinations and manage inbasket tasks.
What we require of you:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Graduate of an accredited MA program or LPN License on MN Registry.
- 6 months of recent relevant work experience in direct patient care in a clinical setting (Ear Nose and Throat (ENT) experience).
- CurrentBLS certification for health professionals through the American Heart Association or Red Cross required and maintained. *Online BLS certification is not acceptable
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills including appropriate use of English grammar and spelling
- Demonstrated ability to function with multiple priorities and interruptions.
