Were Comfort Hotel a hotel chain that promises to give our guests what they need and skip the unnecessary. We have great locations urban design and selected service (but the service we give is great!. We aim to be easy & likable. As in easy on the wallet with easy access and last but definitely not least easy on the planet. Comfort Hotel has taken the undisputed position as the Nordic regions leading budget hotel chain.
Comfort Hotel Xpress Stockholm Central the name is more complex but everything else is easier. What exactly is Xpress Comfort Hotel Xpress is part of Comfort Hotel. But with our Xpress hotels were taking it one step further distilling the range of services challenging the hospitality market and proves that its possible to think and act differently in a traditional industry. At Xpress we offer our guests the flexibility to tailor the hotel stay they need. Services such as breakfast room cleaning food coffee and so on can be purchased separately.
The hotel has 257 rooms and is located smack in the middle of Stockholm just on top of Arlanda Express. The rooms are small but smart with designed compact living solutions. The heart of our hotel is the Barception a combination of a bar a caf a reception a place to checkin and a deli with tasty goodies & drinks.
Our current General Manager Bahar Deogun is moving on to an exciting new challenge as GM of Comfort Hotel Solna. Comfort Hotel Hotel always strives for our people to develop.

Your todolist as a Comfort GM:
- As the General Manager of Comfort Hotel Xpress Stockholm Central youre the leader onsite. From hitting occupancy targets and driving financial results to building the brand you act as the CEO of your hotel
- Make every guest feel welcome and comfortable ensuring that each interaction reflects our relaxed and urban vibe
- Drive occupancy and boost revenue by offering great value without compromising on the guest experience
- Keep an eye on the numbers managing budgets and finances to make sure the hotel runs profitably and sustainable
- Keep the daytoday operations running like clockwork ensuring everything flows smoothly from checkin to checkout
- Lead a small tightknit team creating a fun collaborative environment where everyone can grow and shine
- Bring sustainability into everything we do helping us be a responsible player
Oh and speaking Swedish (or another Scandinavian language) is kind of a big deal for this role youll need it to keep up with meetings and day today communications.
