This is a hybrid position required to be working inoffice at least 3 days a week.

What Youll Do:

  • Lead and structure highimpact partnerships that align with TMobiles Broadband and TFiber strategy
  • Negotiate execute and manage contracts from ideation to youre the closer and the relationshipbuilder
  • Discover and develop new business opportunities through market analysis competitive intel and strategic insight
  • Build financial models and business cases that drive smart decisions and win executive alignment
  • Cultivate and manage seniorlevel relationships with both internal stakeholders and key players across the fiber industry
  • Guide crossfunctional teams through opportunity assessments operational strategy and gotomarket
  • Deliver thoughtful executiveready communications to support strategy reviews deal presentations and partnership discussions

What You Bring:

  • Master of the deal strong experience analyzing and negotiating complex contracts
  • Excel wizardry confident in building financial models and analyzing data to drive business cases
  • Storyteller skilled in transforming insights into compelling narratives for VP audiences
  • Problem solver structured thinker who can simplify complexity and make smart recommendations fast
  • Strategic operator you balance speed with longterm value understanding the big picture while nailing the details
  • Selfstarter motivated proactive and comfortable working independently in a dynamic highintensity environment
  • Teamfirst mindset collaborative energized by innovation and ready to contribute to a bold ambitious team

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Finance or related field (MBA or advanced degree a plus)
  • 4 years of experience in business development partnerships or strategic sales
  • 3 years experience with term sheets and contracts including drafting reviewing and negotiating
  • Strong financial economic and market analysis capabilities
  • Excellent communication negotiation and relationship management skills
  • Experience in highgrowth consumerfocused industries (wireless tech broadband etc.
  • Demonstrated success managing longterm complex partnerships and projects

Base Pay Range: $90100 $162600

Corporate Bonus Target: 15

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidates actual pay will be based on various factors such as work location qualifications and experience so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.

At TMobile employees in regular nontemporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a yearend bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employees eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
