Every day as a BC/BA you will....

- Develop assess and oversee implements and monitors Behavior Support Plans
- Collect and analyse data on student behavior
- Communicate with other team members and parents

Devereuxs Center for Autism Research and Education Services (CARES)is an Approved Private School for children ages 520 diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. CARES is located in Downingtown PA (across from Chester County IU). This is a FullTime 12 month Behavior Analyst position that operateson the school calendar schedule.
DevereuxPennsylvania Childrens Services DPACS) serves children adolescents and young adults with autism spectrum disorders intellectual and developmental disabilities behavioral emotional and psychiatric challenges and disorders. Located in West Chester and Malvern Pennsylvania services provided include psychiatric residential treatment (PRTF) acute inpatient psychiatric hospital (AIP) assessment services communitybased mental health services communitybased employment training and social skills training and approved private school educational services to male and female children and adolescents 621 years of age) with diagnoses of intellectual disabilities autism spectrum disorders concomitant psychiatric and behavioral challenges often associated with experiencing some level of trauma in their lives.

Qualifications
EDUCATION: Bachelors in Psychology Special Education or related field. Masters in related field preferred.
EXPERIENCE: Must have strong applied behavior analysis skills and significant experience working with children/adolescents/adults with intellectual disabilities and/or autism spectrum disorders. Significant experience writing Positive Behavior Support Plans and conducting FBAs and training staff.
