We are looking for a strategic creative and resultsdriven Advertising Senior Manager to lead advertising efforts for our Caf Profile and GE Appliances brands. In this highly visible highimpact role youll craft compelling brand narratives spark meaningful customer engagement and drive growth through innovative insightdriven campaigns across multiple channels.

This is a unique opportunity for a proven marketing leader to shape and elevate the voice of some of the most iconic and fastgrowing brands in the appliance industry.

How Youll Create Possibilities

Strategy &

  • Develop and lead robust advertising strategies across traditional and digital media channels to support the growth of Caf Profile and GE Appliances.

  • Ensure campaigns are aligned with brand positioning business goals and audience insights.

  • Guide crossfunctional alignment from concept to delivering breakthrough messaging and brand consistency.

Campaign Leadership

  • Write and deliver strong agency briefs oversee creative direction and ensure campaigns meet highperformance standards.

  • Manage campaign budgets and timelines while optimizing for ROI and holding partners accountable for results.

  • Analyze performance metrics and provide actionable insights for ongoing optimization.

CrossFunctional Collaboration

  • Partner with Brand Product Sales and Communications teams to ensure cohesive messaging and marketing synergy.

  • Influence internal and external stakeholders with clear databacked recommendations and creative vision.

ConsumerCentric Focus

  • Be the voice of the consumer throughout campaign development.

  • Review and approve all advertising assets for brand alignment legal compliance and creative quality.

Social Media Strategy

  • Oversee and drive social media for GE Profile and GE Appliances including editorial planning content development paid promotions community engagement analytics and social listening.

  • Establish and train on best practices to scale social media efforts across teams.

Agency & Talent Management

  • Lead relationships with agency partners negotiate contracts manage usage rights and curate talent for campaigns.

  • Build a bestinclass agency roster to support brand and campaign innovation.

Team Leadership

  • Directly manage one fulltime employee and one intern providing mentorship feedback and development support.

  • Ensure team members are equipped and aligned to deliver against goals with clarity and confidence.

What Youll Bring to Our Team

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelors degree from an accredited university or college (Marketing Communications or related field).

  • Minimum 7 years of marketing advertising or commercial experienceagencyside experience welcome if supported by corporate account management.

  • Proven experience leading largescale advertising initiatives across multiple channels and managing campaign budgets.

  • Exceptional written verbal and visual communication skills.

  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills with a demonstrated ability to influence crossfunctional stakeholders.

  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple complex projects in a fastpaced evolving environment.

  • Comfortable working with creative assets and data to drive performance.

  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 15.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field.

  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data to tell compelling brand and business stories.

  • Experience in talent acquisition and rights management for advertising.

  • Passion for brand building and innovation in both traditional and emerging media.
