Job Description
SUMMARY
Supervise cashiers provides guests with fast and friendly service manages shelves and inventory operates cash register and maintains the overall appearance and cleanliness of the store.
Responsibilities
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Includes the following:
- Services customers in a courteous and helpful manner.
- Stocks shelves ensuring all shelves are filled.
- Cleans and maintains cleanliness of counter tops fronts of counters windows doors and tops of shelves. Sweep all tile floors outside of doors and walkways. Remove all trash from parking lot and stockroom. Mop all tile floors clean restrooms and restock all paper products. Empty all trashcans and put in new trashcans.
- Performs daily supervision of Cashiers.
- Performs other jobrelated duties as required.
SUPERVISORY/MANAGEMENT AUTHORITY
Leads and/or guides the work of others.
Qualifications
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or equivalent and previous cash handling and customer service experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Ability to maintain a professional status through interface with customers.
- Ability to maintain a professional working relationship with management and coworkers.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Work is primarily performed in indoor climate conditions.
