Mobile Service Advisor Primary Responsibilities:
Mobile Service Advisor Nature and Scope:
This position has close contact with customers other departments and works closely with the department management to efficiently address customers needs and requests. Overtime and on call situations will be occasional. Individual can expect pressure from need to complete work in a timely manner and to customers expectations. Keeping abreast of technology changes and new repair procedures is a career long activity.
Mobile Service Advisor Education and Skill Requirements:
A twoyear vocational certificate is optimum with a minimum of two to four years of experience within a service dealership. Good organizational and communication skills required.
