Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the transition of prebureau and postfraud application decisioning rules to the Acquisitions team
- Identify opportunities and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency within the application decisioning process
- Drive the development of control monitoring reports and procedures to quickly identify and mitigate emerging issues and measure potential business impacts
- Lead the reporting consolidation and automation efforts across Acquisitions ensuring clarity and consistency while maintaining necessary level of detail
- Build relationships across departments serving as a liaison to ensure cohesive efforts in a matrixed organization
Required qualifications capabilities and skills:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Economics or a related field
- Proven experience in a similar role within the financial services or card industry
- Excellent analytical problemsolving and decisionmaking skills
- Ability to work effectively in a matrixed organization and manage crossfunctional projects
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with diverse teams
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g. Excel Tableau)
