Job Description

We currently have a unique opening for a positive and dependable housekeeper who will also receive training to assist in the Leasing Office.

Housekeeping responsibilities include:

Cleans all common areas of the apartment community
Vacuum and dust
Wash walls windows door panels
Sweep wax and polish floors
Clean vacant suites
Replenish bathroom supplies
Inform management regarding safety concerns (i.e.: trash in hallway burned out bulbs etc.
Work closely with onsite managers and maintenance technicians
Performs other duties as assigned.
