At PwC our people in business application consulting specialise in consulting services for a variety of business applications helping clients optimise operational efficiency. These individuals analyse client needs implement software solutions and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of business applications enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives.Those in Salesforce user experience at PwC will focus on providing consulting services for enhancing the user experience of various applications. You will analyse user needs design intuitive and userfriendly interfaces and offer guidance and support for improving the overall user experience. Working in this area you will enable clients to optimise user engagement increase user satisfaction and achieve their strategic objectives.
Responsibilities:
Lead the endtoend design and delivery of advancedSalesforcesolutions for complex business requirements.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including executives and stakeholders to define and alignSalesforcestrategies with organizational goals.
Develop and enforceSalesforcearchitecture standards ensuring scalability security and performance.
Oversee system integrations withSalesforce leveraging tools and APIs to enable seamless connectivity with enterprise systems.
Guide teams in creating highquality Apex code Lightning Web Components (LWC) and other custom solutions.
Manage data migrations for largescale implementations while maintaining data integrity.
Conduct technical reviews ensuring adherence toSalesforcebest practices and coding standards.
Mentor and leadSalesforcedevelopers administrators and consultants to foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Stay ahead of industry trends andSalesforceadvancements incorporating them intoarchitectural designs.
Mandatory skill sets:
Deep expertise inSalesforce including Sales Cloud Service Cloud Experience Cloud and Field Service Lightning (FSL).
Proficiency in Apex LWC SOQLSalesforceFlows and advanced integration techniques.
Strong understanding of enterprise integration tools (e.g. MuleSoft Boomi) and REST/SOAP APIs.
Proven track record of designing solutions for largescaleSalesforceimplementations.
Excellent leadership problemsolving and strategic thinking skills.
Preferred skill sets:
SalesforceCertified TechnicalArchitect.
Additional certifications such as ApplicationArchitect SystemArchitect or Marketing Cloud Consultant are advantageous.
