With a 48000 sq. ft. English Tudorstyle clubhouse Sedgefield delivers premier golf racquet sports fitness aquatics dining and social offerings that define an active family lifestyle.
Our championship course a Donald Ross design is ranked #8 in North Carolina and #2 in the Piedmont Triad by the NC Golf Panel and proudly hosts the PGA TOURs Wyndham Championship. Sedgefield is more than a clubits a legacy.

About the Opportunity
Were seeking a dynamic and strategic General Manager to lead this exceptional club and continue its legacy of excellence. This is a highly visible handson leadership roleperfect for a passionate hospitality executive who thrives on delivering exceptional member experiences building empowered teams and driving results.
The GM will work closely with McConnell Golfs Vice President of Operations and corporate teams to oversee all club operations with a focus on consistency innovation and service excellence. Youll be the face of Sedgefieldrespected in the community admired by the membership and trusted by the staff.

- Oversee budgeting forecasting and performance metrics
