Job Description
Voyago is hiring parttime Customer Service Specialists for our Logistics Centre in London Ontario.
Your Role
- You are responsible for receiving calls and booking trips accurately and efficiently for our nonemergency Patient Transfer Division.
- You provide a high degree of customer service in a fast paced environment
Shift Lines: Monday to FridayOR
Requirements
Your profile
- You are able to read and communicate in English effectively
- You have a High School Diploma or Equivalent
- You have 12 years of Logistics or Call Centre experience
- You have the ability to work independently
- You have excellent problemsolving skills
- You have the ability to multitask and shift priorities as needed
- You are proficient in Microsoft programs such as Outlook Word and Excel
- You are an Emergency Telecommunications Graduate as an asset
