Job Description
Salary: $25hr $35hr
Schedule: FT 40hrs per week (weekends as needed)
Location: Onsite with travel

Key Responsibilities
- Enforce safety protocols onsite to ensure a safe working environment
- Address and report safety violations and conduct regular safety meetings
- Maintain accurate records of daily operations labor hours materials and equipment used
- Prepare and submit regular progress reports
- Coordinate with project manager and subcontractors to resolve onsite issues and make realtime decisions that align with project goals
- Proactively identify and troubleshoot issues on the job site minimizing project delays
- High school diploma or GED; a degree or certification in construction management or a related field is preferred
- 2 yearsexperience in construction with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of construction methods materials and regulations
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to read blueprints drawings and specifications
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and to perform physical tasks such as lifting climbing and standing for extended periods
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends if necessary
- OSHA certification or other relevant safety certifications
- Valid drivers license
- US Citizen
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
