Description


Lead the strategic transformation and operational excellence of Trade Finance in India enhancing global trade finance services through innovation and robust governance.

As a Vice President in Trade and Working Operations team you will work with functional responsibility for multiple operations within Trade globally. This role involves collaborating with Mumbai/Bangalore teams and global partners to establish a Center of Excellence focusing on strategy governance and delivery of trade finance services for global clients.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee flawless new migrations and enhance client experience across verticals working within a matrix operating model.
  • Implement innovative solutions and prioritize technology enhancements to boost productivity and controls identifying projects for financial savings and COE development.
  • Build synergies across verticals and establish Centers of Excellence optimizing utilities and ensuring strong management coverage and oversight.
  • Cultivate a transparent meritbased culture advancing inclusive leadership through diversity training and mentoring while enhancing employee engagement and retention.
  • Manage new migrations and build partnerships across local and global business partners institutionalizing a strong governance framework to enhance quality and delivery.
  • Develop a robust proactive controls program collaborating with Business Partners and Risk/Controls Managers to manage business risks effectively.

Required Qualifications Skills and Capabilities:

  • Graduation with 12 years work experience
  • Proficiency in change management communication negotiation planning budgeting risk management resource management leadership issue resolution and strategic planning.
  • Expert understanding of LOB knowledge business processes and procedures industry knowledge business strategic direction local market knowledge and multiple LOBs/functions.
